Historic Centerville Home Gets A Brand New Roofing System After Devastating Storm

In the spring of 2011, a devastating hailstorm that brought heavy winds, torrential rain, baseball-size hail and an unforgiving tornado ripped through Centerville, OH. Sitting directly in the path of destruction was a historic Centerville home — one of the oldest homes in the town.

The historic Centerville home was in need of new siding, windows, aluminum gutters, entry doors, garage doors and a roof. But Thrush & Son was up to the task and came with a plan to reverse the storm’s destruction. To accomplish their goal of restoring the roof on this historic Centerville home, Thrush & Son relied upon the safety and security of an Atlas Roofing Signature Select® System to get the job done.

Rebuilding A Historic Centerville Home

Thrush & Son provided the homeowners, the Utz family, with a detailed, step-by-step analysis of the damage to their historic Centerville home, as well as a two-pronged proposal. The company’s immediate goal was to restore the property to the way it was before the storm. Thrush & Son also felt that improving the overall quality of the historic Centerville home was important.
