On a full roof or a whole-house siding job, the monthly payment usually matters more than the percentage off. We offer home improvement financing that lets the work start now and the cost spread out. We walk you through the rate, the term and the total before anything is signed.

How the offers combine
One project offer per contract. Roof, siding, window, door and volume discount offers do not combine with one another.
The military, loyalty and online-estimate bonuses each stack on top of one project offer, and on top of each other.
The volume discount is used in place of an individual project offer rather than added to it. We apply whichever saves you more.
Minimums and qualifying work
Roofing and siding offers require a minimum contract value of $10,000 before tax. The volume discount requires a minimum contract value of $26,000 before tax within a single agreement and is calculated on the pre-tax contract total.
The window offer requires a minimum purchase of five qualifying replacement windows, and applies only to windows included in the original contract. The door offer requires a minimum contract value of $2,500 before tax.
The military and loyalty offers each require a minimum project value of $5,000 before tax.
Proof and eligibility
The military offer requires valid military identification or proof of service at the time the agreement is signed. One discount per household.
The loyalty offer is available to verified previous Thrush & Son® customers.
The online-estimate offer requires that the estimate request be submitted through the form on this website.
Exclusions
New contracts only. Not valid on prior sales. Roofing offers apply to complete replacements only. Door offers are not valid on storm doors purchased separately.
All offers exclude insurance deductibles. Installation is required where noted. Projects must be installed within standard scheduling windows.
