How much do the Safeguard plans cost?
Silver is $16.95 a month, Gold is $24.95 a month, and Diamond is $32.95 a month.
What's the difference between Silver, Gold and Diamond?
Silver and Gold each include one maintenance visit in spring or fall and priority service, with 15% or 25% off repairs. Diamond includes two visits, spring and fall, expedited service and 50% off repairs.
When do the visits happen?
Visits happen in spring, fall or both, depending on your plan. Spring catches what winter loosened, and fall gets your roof ready for snow and ice.
What do I get after each visit?
A written, detailed report of what we found and how to fix it, with photos, so you can see your roof without climbing a ladder.
Do you maintain flat roofs too?
Yes. Visits on flat roofs include fixing small membrane splits and minor membrane or flashing slippage, plus a checklist report for the building owner.
